IMPORTANT NEW DEAL BY MUSSON LIGGINS

SUBSTANTIAL DISTRIBUTION BUILDING ACQUIRED FOR EXPANDING COMPANY IN CASTLE DONINGTON

Acting on behalf of long retained Client, Medstrom, Matthew Liggins of Musson Liggins has concluded the acquisition of a unit on Hawthorn Road off Trent Lane in Castle Donington of just under 25,000ft². Medstrom is a leading supplier of specialist hospital beds and bed management services to the NHS. Tim Gilbertson of FHP acted on behalf of the Landlord, Pullan’s of Yorkshire.

This latest transaction in Castle Donington sees more success in this always sought after location which benefits from excellent transport links to the M1, East Midlands Airport and the East Midlands main cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.

This detached warehouse set on a good sized site created substantial interest from the off and a deal was quickly agreed between Matthew and Tim.
