Hotels combined

Musson Liggins acting jointly with Savills have secured new owners for Abbott Hall Hotel in Cumbria and Lindors Country House Hotel in Gloucestershire. Acting on behalf of Christian Guild Hotels, a sale was achieved to Carlauren Group for a figure in excess of the £2.9 million guide.

Matthew Liggins who handled the Sale commented that “this was an excellent result for our client and the assistance provided by the team at Savills was invaluable.”

Hidden Valley

Matthew Liggins has sold a small piece of “England’s green and pleasant land” to a very discerning purchaser.

Musson Liggins acting on behalf of Woodward Veterinary Practice as property consultants have assisted with the acquisition of land and the development of a ‘STATE OF THE ART’ facility now open at Ivanhoe Business Park, Smisby Road, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 2UZ.

The veterinary surgery includes 5 consulting rooms, a large reception and waiting area and substantial car parking.

It had a been an ambition for many years to move the established practice into purpose built premises with modern facilities for patients, clients and staff, providing improved access and parking whilst remaining as an independent business.

Musson Liggins acquired the land and provided monitoring throughout the project development.

The development completed in early 2017.

Matthew Wade of Musson Liggins acquired offices for Agrovista UK Limited and comments:
