Musson Liggins have bought a new office building after reporting our most successful three months in more than 30 years.

In July ML moved into Brigade House in Beeston, after previously leasing premises in Clarendon Street, Nottingham.

Our new home is a restored Grade II-listed building in Albion Street, in the Beeston town centre. The 2,872 sqft, two-storey converted Victorian mill is the former home of Nottinghamshire Boys’ Brigade.

David Bladen, one of Musson Liggins’ three directors alongside Graham Parkinson and Matthew Wade, said: “The pandemic has been hard, and we really had to dig deep to keep things going.

“But thanks to the hard work of the whole team, we have bounced back over the past few months and have seen record figures. It’s quite incredible, given how devastating to our business the pandemic might have been.”

The decision to move into the Grade II-listed premises in Beeston was the result of many years of planning.

“We have always had aspirations to buy our own office and that dream is now a reality. It’s amazing really, that everything has all fallen into place so well after such a challenging year, we are very proud of what we have achieved.”
