Musson Liggins have recently provided valuation advice to lenders and to the purchaser of the purpose built 6 acre TRADBE waste and recycling plant in Dinnington South Yorkshire.
TRADEBE is an international leader in waste reclamation and recycling solutions managing more than two million tons of waste annually, recycling 60% of that waste. They have fully decommissioned the site in conjunction with the Environment Agency, which is to be purchased by M.V.S Recovery who have over 25 years’ experience in the Light & Heavy Recovery and breakdown assistance industry, specialising in vehicle recovery, rescue and storage. Working alongside South Yorkshire & Derbyshire Police Constabulary, AA Truck network and FMG Highways agency.
M.V.S Recovery operates throughout South Yorkshire and Derbyshire from four different operational sites. Each of our sites is situated close to a major access road. We currently operate a fleet of over 20 recovery vehicles which enables us to ensure we provide a fast response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All our recovery operatives are trained to IVR standards and our company is PAS43 registered.
Stephen Musson who provided the advice said “this was a very specialist site which is to become a major vehicle recovery Centre as a consequence of a good strategic position close to the National Roads Network”
