Professional Experience
My early experience was gained with Henry Spencer & Sons in Sheffield and subsequently with Frank Innes (now Innes England) in Nottingham and Derby, where I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

In 1987, I established Musson Liggins along with Stephen Musson, developing the Practice strategically to what it is today. My own specialisms include corporate occupier acquisitions and disposals, company relocations, as well as corporate and private client asset management. I am also responsible for Landlord and Tenant work within the Firm, again for corporate and private clients.

I became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992 and my private clients number a mix of national professional services firms as well as private individuals for whom I have acted for more than 20 years.

Interests
Away from the office, I have a busy family life, enjoy salmon fishing, I am a keen Leicester Tigers supporter and do the occasional triathlon to keep fit and offset the pleasures associated with gastronomy.
