Matthew Liggins has sold premises formerly occupied by Nottingham Community Housing Associaltion and NACRO to a developer who has already started to convert the properties into residential accommodation.

There appears to be a lot of development activity in the area and as a firm Musson Liggins are involved in a lot of interesting projects and valuations in the surrounding streets.
