The Company was established in 1987 by Stephen Musson and Matthew Liggins. It is a Nottingham City Centre based Practice but acts for clients, corporate and private, throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Musson Liggins is a General Practice Surveying firm providing a comprehensive range of both conventional and specialist property services. Each Director specialises in widely differing areas of expertise, ably supported by a strong, in depth surveying team along with highly competent administration staff, who work closely to provide what our clients believe, is an excellent all round service.

Having developed a substantial private client base over years, the Practice acts as Appointed Valuers to the majority of High Street Clearing Banks and Private Banks in the provision of specialist valuation services on their behalf and on behalf of their customers.

The Practice is now Registered with the RICS in accordance with the new Valuer Registration Scheme and the individual valuers within the Practice are accredited to the scheme.
